Indoor/Outdoor Cross-training

Cross-Training is a exercise program that focuses on performing a variety of strength and aerobic exercises, ranging from push-ups to sprints to squats. Workouts are different every session! A great workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, from the pro athlete to the beginner ! Workouts are like personal training in a group setting but for a lot less! Get motivated to reach your goals and make positive changes!  No need to purchase any equipment.

In the warmer months of May-Sept. we will have outdoor Cross-training classes and play a fun sport like soccer or ultimate frisbee after. In the colder months Nov-March will bring the workouts inside and end with some fun games of basketball, dodge-ball, volleyball and other fun sports. Stay for one or both workouts.  All fitness levels are welcomed.
